1. Authorized Usage Only

You may only use our services:

• For lawful purposes,
• In compliance with all applicable laws and regulations,
• On websites or systems you own, operate, or have explicit authorization to test or monitor.

2. Prohibited Activities

Users must not use the Platform to:

• Perform denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks,
• Attempt unauthorized access to third-party systems or bypass authentication,
• Circumvent CAPTCHA, rate limits, or other protections without permission,
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without consent,
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities,
• Collect personally identifiable information (PII) without user consent,
• Run brute-force attacks or test credentials on login forms not owned or controlled by the user.

3. System Abuse

You must not:

• Deploy synthetic tests or uptime checks at a frequency that could overload the target system,
• Use our platform to stress-test APIs or services outside your control,
• Reuse or replicate test scripts that interfere with normal operations or business functionality of a third party.

4. Intellectual Property Respect

Users may not:

• Reverse engineer or copy any portion of Myriagon’s code or UI,
• Resell or redistribute the service without written approval,
• Use the service to infringe on intellectual property rights.

5. Security and Data Handling

• Do not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the infrastructure of Myriagon,
• Do not upload or inject malicious code (e.g. viruses, trojans) into monitored sites,
• Treat all test data with care; avoid storing or exposing sensitive or personal information unless necessary and legally permissible.

6. Fair Use Enforcement

We reserve the right to review, suspend, or terminate any account found in violation of this Policy, including:

• Activities that degrade service performance for others,
• Excessive or abusive test configurations,
• Use of shared accounts or unauthorized third-party access.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
